Here at Animal Pantry, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient.

WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE OR PROVIDE STORE CREDIT RETURNS FOR ANY UNOPENED AND UNUSED ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT EXCEPTING LETTER BOXES, PET BEDDING AND PET CARRIERS.

To return an item in-store that was purchased at Animal Pantry, simply bring the product in its original packaging with the store receipt as proof of purchase to our store. If paid for by credit card, the card used to purchase the merchandise is required so that your return can be credited to the same card.
